Maz Pennington’s truffle recipes

Hi, I’m Maz. I grew up in Belgium and was subjected to very decent food from an impressionable age. Now living in Hampshire, I met Marion through a series of coincidences and took my dog Seven for truffle training. Marion seemed as keen to hear about my cooking as I was about the thought of finding truffles. In this section our skills come together with delicious results.

From time to time we’ll post new recipes, as well as other thoughts and tips on cooking. Most of our recipes include truffle shavings, so I’d highly recommend you get a truffle shaver before you get going. (But, don’t worry if you don’t have one… A sharp knife or mandolin can suffice.)
